Los precios muy accesibles de los artículos, muy apreciado porque para regalo, están perfectos. Cuidan mucho los detalles de tu compra, entregándote en bonitos empaques lo que compras, en funcion del destino que les vallas a dar, para uso personal o para regalo. La plaza cuenta con gran espacio de estacionamiento lo que se agradece en la zona, por lo transitado que está. Me sigo preguntando que playlist usan, está con ganas. Felicidades !
I really liked the store, it is in a super location in San Pedro within the Plaza Monarka. Pleasant lighting, decoration and assortment of merchandise. The very accessible prices of the articles, much appreciated because they are perfect for gifts. They take great care of the details of your purchase, giving you what you buy in beautiful packaging, depending on the destination that you are going to give them, for personal use or as a gift. The square has a large parking space, which is appreciated in the area, due to how busy it is. I keep wondering what playlist they use, he's eager. Congratulations !

Llevo varios años comprando aquí y nunca me habían quedado tan mal. Fui a comprar una cadena de la letra "V" para un regalo de navidad y me empacaron y entregaron unos aretes en la bolsa (y con el recibo de la cadena). Después de que la persona abrió el regalo y no fue lo que esperaba me propuse a cambiarlo y fui a la sucursal.
Me dijeron que no tienen ya la cadena y que no me van a regresar el dinero. Me lo pueden cambiar por otra cosa pero realmente no hay nada tan específico como lo que yo había comprado. Hasta las empleadas (dicen) que hablaron con el gerente de la sucursal y que no harán excepciones a pesar de que fue su error.
Dejo este review porque se me hace pésimo el servicio al cliente porque fue su error, no lo aceptaron al 100% y no me regresaron mi dinero. Terminaron dándome un papel de "capaz" y llega en 2 semanas y que en ese tiempo me lo podrían dar. Pero ese papel vale básicamente lo mismo que su palabra: nada. Me arruinaron mi regalo de navidad (entendible) pero luego no aceptaron hacer lo correcto por su error: devolverme mi dinero. Estoy muy disatisfecho con su trato.
Short version: Money was stolen from me and my Christmas present was ruined because of his mistake.
Large version:
I have been shopping here for several years and they have never looked so bad. I went to buy a chain of the letter "V" for a Christmas present and they packed and delivered some earrings in the bag (and with the receipt of the chain). After the person opened the gift and it was not what I expected, I decided to change it and went to the branch.
They told me that they no longer have the chain and that they will not return my money. They can change it for something else but there is really nothing as specific as what I had bought. Even the employees (say) that they spoke with the branch manager and that they will not make exceptions even though it was their mistake.
I leave this review because the customer service is terrible because it was their mistake, they did not accept it 100% and they did not return my money. They ended up giving me a role of "capable" and it arrives in 2 weeks and that in that time they could give it to me. But that paper is worth basically the same as your word: nothing. They ruined my Christmas present (understandable) but then they didn't agree to do the right thing because of their mistake: give me back my money. I am very dissatisfied with your treatment.
