★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was quite the treat. Didn't expect to have all you can eat steaks and sides for 265 MXN in The Condesa area of CDMX. See the pictures for the spread of sides. Your waiter will take your order for grilled items. For a party of two they suggest starting with different cuts then adding as you go so the meat doesn't get cold. See the flyer for what's included which is basically everything except Provoleta, beverages and dessert. The service, as is common in CDMX, was impeccable. Can't beat the price for great food and service. Buen provecho!!

If this place was in Dallas or Houston it would be one of the top restaurants in the city, and It is one price no matter what you order off the menu or take from the buffet. They feature custom made Certified Angus beef on the to order menu that is both tender and delicious. The price for 4 adults was less than 1/2 of what it cost to eat in a bad restaurant in the tourist districts. We liked it so much, we ended up eating there 4 out of 7 nights we were in Mexico city. Best service I have ever had too, 3-4 wait staff constantly providing sincere service, and obviously caring about their profession. The restaurant has a Spanish Colonial style and is beautiful as welll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful and our dinner was very delicious and classic. I especially liked the sweetbreads and the table side Cesar salad. Javier was a great host. Definitely a nice place to drink a bottle of wine and catch up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My waiter, Javier dela Cruz, was excellent and so was the food! I highly recommend Javier as your waiter when dining at La Vid Argentina. Javier speaks English and is very personable. He has been working at La Vid for seven years now and if shows. I enjoyed the food and good service, so my next trip to Mexico City I will be sure to go to La Vid again and look forward to having Javier as my waiter again. Fantastic job, Javier! You really made my first-time dining experience at La Vid an excellent one, so many thanks to your excellent service!
