Las áreas de abordaje están del olas! Sucias y con falta de atención.
El servicio telefónico al cliente es pésimo.... no responden!
Los baños deben ser gratuitos y cobran!
ESTAMOS EN UNA CIUDAD FRONTERIZA E INDUSTRIAL, PERO NO LO VEN LOS EMPRESARIOS.
DEMANDAMOS MEJORES SALAS Y CONFORT.
It is an uncomfortable room due to the fact that the bus lines have not had the concern and desire to have a place of arrival at the same level as other cities.
The boarding areas are off the beaten track! Dirty and inattentive.
The customer phone service is lousy .... no answer!
Bathrooms must be free and charge!
WE ARE IN A BORDER AND INDUSTRIAL CITY, BUT THE BUSINESSMEN DO NOT SEE IT.
WE DEMAND BETTER ROOMS AND COMFORT.
