Sus puntos a favor, son que las casas son lindas y de diversos tamaños según las necesidades de cada familia, cuentan con áreas verdes, alberca y hasta un área exclusiva para mascotas. Además ya hay diversos establecimientos comerciales, cuentan con caseta de vigilancia y oficina de apoyo. Lo que no es tan favorable es su ubicación, aunque sí hay transporte para allá.
 It is a nice and quiet place to live with the family. Its points in favor are that the houses are beautiful and of different sizes according to the needs of each family, they have green areas, a pool and even an exclusive area for pets. In addition, there are already several commercial establishments, they have a guardhouse and a support office. What is not so favorable is its location, although there is transport there.

Very nice place, the houses are spacious, very nice and cozy, the place is very quiet and safe, with access control booth and pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El conjunto residencial está muy padre y tiene alberca y juegos para niños. Esta a 25 minutos del centro lo cual es lejos para los Queretanos pero cerca para los foráneos que vienen en coche.
The residential complex is very father and has a pool and games for children. It is 25 minutes from downtown which is far for Queretanos but close for foreigners who come by car.
