★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta pasteleria compre un pastel de tres leches por ser uno de mis postres favoritos. La vieille Frances tiene más de 40 años de historia y reputación por sus postres y pasteles siendo muy recomendado su pastel de tres leche como uno de los mejores del país.
Tiene más tiendas en México y está es la que está más serca a mi domicilio lo cual agradezco mucho porque fue todo un acierto probar este postre, es un tres leche con su betún en abundancia lo cual en principio no me gustó ya que si el betún es muy dulce no se puede disfrutar el bizcocho ya que sería empalagoso con tanto dulce.
Pero NO fue así! El betún fue cremoso suave y ligero al paladar con un toque de dulzor solo un toque ya que al mezclarse con el bizcocho juntos son un balance perfecto de sabor y dulce en su justa medida, fue el postre de un sábado de barbacoa y trinfue con este el. Me atrevo a decir que es perfecto para cualquier celebración y una opción de postre para adultos en una fiesta infantil.
La atención fue excelente, llame en la mañana del sábado para preguntar si tenían este pastel y la señorita que me atendió me lo reservó sin compromiso, pase a recogerlo y la verdad precio calidad muy correcto.
Hay mucho más para probar así que volveré y lo recomiendo mucho.

The bitumen was creamy smooth and light on the palate with a touch of sweetness just a touch since when mixed with the cake together they are a perfect balance of flavor and sweet in just the right measure, it was the dessert of a barbecue Saturday and trinfue with this the. I dare say it is perfect for any celebration and a dessert option for adults at a children's party.
The attention was excellent, I called on Saturday morning to ask if they had this cake and the young lady who attended me reserved it for me without obligation, come and pick it up and the truth is very correct price quality.
There is so much more to try so I will be back and highly recommend it.
