The place is well located and beautiful, however the customer service is terrible. My bathroom had leaks and it rained all weekend, plus the hot water for bathing lasts a maximum of one minute, we asked you to please check this and you never did. The owner as well as part of her staff were very rude to me and my family, very bad experience.

Awesome experience! Chef Ana is the best host and culinary guide around. Definite bucket list trip!

Wonderful place. Super relaxing and extremely informative. I need a lot more practice at making the Red and Green Moles. Plus peeling walnuts... who knew it could make such a great white sauce!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. World class food and we loved the locations but their family was the best part. My wife and I finished our second trip with Chef Ana and family.

Arrived y'day to a fab margarita, avacado dip and chips. The 3-course dinner that followed was outstanding. A black bean soup poured on a cactus and shrimp core was the perfect start followed by a chicken stuffed with homemade goat cheese on a chayote bed with a plum sauce as the main course. A bottle of a 2015 French red kept us good company as we warmed up with a great conversation with Chef Ana. We spoke about cultures, people, food, their roots and traded stories. Rounding up the meal was a guava and cream dessert. If this is day one we eagerly await the next four. More to come.

I am here now with Ana and having a great experience learning about the Mexican culture and best of all food. Today we made 5 different types of Tamales.....Great fun....Ana and her family and staff are top notch....well worth the trip....more later after we do Mole on Friday.

Last week was our second visit with Chef Ana. Once again she does not displease. This time we did the trip to Sayulita (Tepoztlan was our first experience). The food is always good and the experience always memorable. Both times Ana and Robb have been great hosts and the excursions were always fun. It's a trip I'll be glad to do again, especially if they do a different location.

One of the managers was rude and the place is definitely not pet friendly , the shower do not have hot water. The house and garden are really good but since they use the amenities for several other activities like classes , private lunch you may not be able to use them.
