La constructora llamada PROMOCIONES HABI no se hace responsable de que NO FUNCIONE COMO UNA VIVIENDA OPTIMA a parte de que construye cerca de tiraderos de basura y de desagües de desechos humanos.

Lo malo es que la única entrada a este lugar es por la Virgen, a la altura de periférico hay un horrible olor a drenaje ya dentro de la colonia hay que pasar por unos condominios y alguna inundación de aguas negras.

The bad thing is that the only entrance to this place is through the Virgin, at the edge of the periphery there is a horrible smell of drainage and inside the colony you have to go through some condominiums and some flood of sewage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son muy bonitas, calles amplias y bien trazadas, hay un declive considerable del terreno, pero nada fuera de lo normal, además de que esto contribuye a que jamás haya un estancamiento de agua por lluvias o cualquier otro motivo, además de todo esto, se encuentra fuera de la Ciudad pero no lejos!!!
The houses are very nice, wide and well laid streets, there is a considerable decline of the land, but nothing out of the ordinary, besides that this contributes to that there is never a stagnation of water by rains or any other reason, besides all this , is outside the city but not far!

Nope ... very small houses and with ugly finishes .... the photos look like other things .... yes, very good photographers ... your idea is good and the center ridge is nice but if your idea is a average house, I doubt it will be in the future
