La pizza llegó fría, tardo el doble de tiempo del que me dijeron, y me enviaron un tamaño más grande del que pedí y por supuesto el costo extra que ello conlleva, es la segunda vez que pasa; y a esto sumar detalles estéticos como que parte de la pizza estaba quemada y el hecho de que está no cabía en la caja por lo cual no cerraba bien

The pizza arrived cold, it took twice as long as they told me, and they sent me a larger size than I asked for and of course the extra cost that this entails, this is the second time that happens; and to this add aesthetic details such as that part of the pizza was burned and the fact that it did not fit in the box so it did not close well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente un lugar que tienes que visitar, la gastronomía de Coatepec es fenomenal y deliciosa pero este lugar tiene una experiencia completa definitivamente un lugar donde se come delicioso y del que estoy ansioso por regresar... uff btw la salsa pica muy sabroso así que mucha precaución.
Definitely a place that you have to visit, the gastronomy of Coatepec is phenomenal and delicious but this place has a complete experience definitely a place where you eat delicious and from which I am eager to return ... uff btw the sauce is very tasty so much caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza me encanta pero hay un problema, tienen un número de otra pizzería, pedí y me llegó una de San Rafael Giovanni que son muy malas por cierto. Esperaba mi pizza y cuando veo lo que me llegó vaya mi decepción. Por favor arreglen eso para que no haya más clientes insatisfechos.
I love pizza but there is a problem, they have a number from another pizzeria, I asked for and got one from San Rafael Giovanni which are very bad indeed. I was expecting my pizza and when I see what came to me, my disappointment. Please fix that so there are no more dissatisfied customers.
