★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, pedí asesoría para encontrar un pastel. Y la empleada me recomendaron uno que ni siquiera era lo que le describi. Y cuando le pedí que me lo cambiara, se negó. Aún sabiendo que fue su culpa por recomendar el pastel equivoxado.
Pido que capaciten más a su personal. Para evitar este tipo de situaciones donde el cliente es quien sale perdiendo.
