★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues yo soy otra persona que dejó colgada, igualmente pagamos todo por anticipado confiando en él, la boda fue en diciembre y aún no nos entrega el trabajo. Puso miles de pretextos y ahora no contesta llamadas ni mensajes y creo ya hasta cambió número, fuimos a buscarlo a su domilicio y contestó una sra que según daría seguimiento, nos llamó la sra para decirnos que en algún momento nos daría el trabajo pero que por temas de salud tendríamos que esperar y en eso seguimos, según nos daría fecha de entrega y al momento seguimos esperando y no nos contesta. En su domicilio indican que Oscar si ha salido recientemente de su domicilio así que el tema de su enfermedad es pretexto. Deberíamos de juntarnos para tomar acciones legales, mi correo es cintya.santillan en gmail por si gustan juntarnos y ver qué podemos hacer legalmente. No contraten a menos que quieran perder su dinero...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio no hay otra palabra, su falta de profesionalismo nos da mucho coraje, nos dejo colgados el día de nuestra boda, mi esposa casi colapsa por su culpa, a pesar que desde el principio se cubrió la totalidad del precio y decidimos confiar en el y aun así nos decepciono, tengan cuidado, nosotros vamos a empezar a ver que acciones legales se deben hacer por que esto no se puede quedar así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hago de su conocimiento LA FALTA DE PROFESIONALISMO de OSCAR BARRAZA llevo mas de MEDÍO MES esperando que me entregue mis fotos y video del paquete que le CONTRATE me case el 27 DE NOVIEMBRE y es la fecha en que nos trae solo con largas, no responde mensajes, llamadas, se porta de una forma sarcástica y burlona en sus mensajes y el día de HOY ya hasta fuimos BLOQUEADOS mi esposo y yo porque marcamos de otros números y casualmente SÍ ENTRA LA LLAMADA. Quisimos ser empaticos y fuimos lo que le sigue de tolerantes pero esa acción de ya BLOQUEARNOS me rebasa... EXIJO LA ENTREGA DE MI MATERIAL MISMO QUE YA FUE LIQUIDADO desde hace más de año y medio por motivo de la pandemia. Es UNA BURLA que se atreva a subir comentarios positivos de su servicio cuando no solo a mi si no a demás gente han tenido esta experiencia tan desagradable con el. TE PAGAMOS UN SERVICIO EXIJO ME CUMPLAS CON LA ENTREGA DEL MISMO. De lo contrario me veré en la necesidad de actuar ya LEGALMENTE EN CONTRA TUYA Y TU SUPUESTA EMPRESA. Son los únicos recuerdos que tenemos de nuestra boda ES UNA IMPOTENCIA ENORME NOS ESTÉS HACIENDO ESTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se puede poner cero estrellas desafortunadamente, la experiencia es pésima, poco profesionalismo con la fechas de entrega, al día de hoy después de casi 4 meses del evento, no he recibido el trabajo que pagué y ya no me contesta las llamadas.
No pierdas tu dinero ni los momentos más preciados de tu evento al contratar este “estudio fotográfico”
