En este Laboratorio se realizan pruebas para estudiar la calidad de los materiales para carreteras, como son los suelos, otros agregados no-pétreos, los asfaltos, las mezclas asfálticas, los aditivos, etc, pero está principalmente enfocado al análisis estructural y diseño de pavimentos.
