★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvé más de dos meses esperando a que llegara una pieza que entiendo no se consigue fácilmente. Me dijeron que tardaría 1 mes, he tenido que estar preguntando si ya llego la pieza o no y me dijeron que ya llegaba en esa semana (fue en diciembre). En enero acudí al local y me dicen que el provedor no tiene la pieza (más de 2 meses despues!!!).
Procedí a pedri mi reembolso y a la fecha no me han regresado mi dinero, les mandé un mensaje y no me han contestado (a pesar de que aparece como leído).
Sigo esperando a que me digan cuando puedo pasar por mi reembolso y mi disco duro.
Actualización: ya pasó más de una semana y nuevamente se desentienden.
I spent more than two months waiting for a piece to arrive that I understand is not easily obtained. They told me that it would take 1 month, I had to ask if the piece had arrived or not and they told me that it would arrive in that week (it was in December). In January I went to the store and they told me that the supplier does not have the part (more than 2 months later!!!).
I proceeded to request my refund and to date they have not returned my money, I sent them a message and they have not answered me (despite the fact that it appears as read).
I'm still waiting for them to tell me when I can go through my refund and my hard drive.
Update: It's been more than a week and again they disengage.
