★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mucho en tomar la muestra de mi hijo (+20min) y nunca vi que usen guantes; estaba más atento en ese momento de calmar a mi hijo que lloraba. Me lo recomendaron, pero no parecen tener experiencia con bebés o niños pequeños.
It took a long time to take my son's sample (+ 20min) and I never saw them wear gloves; I was more attentive at that moment to calm my crying son. They recommended it to me, but they don't seem to have experience with babies or young children.
