★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very fast and professional. Your results are uploaded online (or sent via email) so you don't have to come the second time. Results are the same day and they finished my thyroid results in 1 business day (expected time 5 days). They don't speak English but we managed to understand each other without a problem. Prices are also good. I paid 5 general panels 888 pesos (with a discount) and thyroid panel 800 pesos. The only thing I wish they use gloves when taking the blood sample.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have scheduled my PCR test ahead of time, and it was confirmed via email for the next day. I went to the lab location at 1:50pm and it was closed even thou my appointment was booked for 2pm. There was a paper on the door stating that they are closing on that day at 2pm... Why would I gat my confirmation for appointment if they would be closed? I am very disappointed with the way this place operates, they are not reliable and I don't recommend anyone using their services. I got my PCR test done at the mobile clinic by the beach for $90 usd and got my results in 8 hours...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place swabs both your nose and throat for the PCR test… we had multiple family members that went to a different place to get tested and they only had to get the nose swab. Not happy with throat and nose. They did not email the results when promised. They also did not explain the test results at all. Couldn’t call because they were closed. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test results were suspicious due to the fact that we tested as a group of 12 and every single result was positive. They did not give us our results through email till almost 30 hours later ans we had to log into their website to try and understand the results were not explained in the email to be understood by someone not in the medical field. Everyone else that has been tested was only given a nasal swab, this laboratory did nasal and oral swab which could have led to the 100% result. Would not recommend this location
