 Terrible attendance! impossible to talk on the phone. The attendants answer but ignore the call. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são muito bons, mas o atendimento ao telefone deixa vc esperando, e se perde muito tempo tentando marcar a consulta. Se não colocarem uma pessoa somente para marcar as consultas, a clinica vai perder pacientes.
The doctors are very good, but the phone service keeps you waiting, and you spend a lot of time trying to make an appointment. If they do not put a person just to make an appointment, the clinic will lose patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos muito atenciosos porém a equipe de atendimento telefônico nos ignoram quando atendem cortam a conversa desligando o telefone ..ai você insiste elas não atendem ou tiram o telefone do gancho
Very attentive doctors but the telephone service staff ignore us when they answer they cut the conversation by hanging up the phone ..ai you insist they don't answer or pick up the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem ótimos médicos, mas infelizmente não se pode dizer o mesmo das atendentes que atendem e desligam ou rejeitam as ligações o tempo todo, só hoje tentei 18 vezes.
There are great doctors, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the attendants who answer and hang up or reject calls all the time, just today I tried 18 times.

O grande problema do lugar é o atendimento, faz mais de uma semana que tento agendar uma consulta e não consigo. Aparentemente atendem o telefone e deixam em cima da mesa ate que vc desiste.
Triste isso, parece que não estão precisando de dinheiro ...

The big problem in the place is the service, it's been over a week since I've been trying to schedule an appointment and I can't. Apparently they answer the phone and leave it on the table until you give up.
Sad that, they don't seem to need money ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são excelentes.Más é praticamente impossível marcar consulta,pois as telefonista não atendem os telefones.Quando atendem,desligam na cara da gente e deixam o telefone fora do gancho para não atender.Uma falta de respeito e atenção com os pacientes. Atenção proprietários da clínica, é o nome da clínica é está indo para lixo com isso
The doctors are excellent. But it is practically impossible to make an appointment, as the operator does not answer the phones. When they answer, they hang up on us and leave the phone off the hook to not answer. A lack of respect and attention to patients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não entendo porque uma clinica com ótimos médicos não tem uma recepção/atendimento de qualidade....e ainda diante de tantos comentários negativos, o responsável/diretor não toma uma providência. Todos os números de telefone atendem e ficam mudos e por whats tambem não consigo obter retorno.
Lamentável !!!!
I honestly do not understand why a clinic with great doctors does not have a quality reception / service .... and even in the face of so many negative comments, the person in charge / director does not take action. All phone numbers answer and are silent and for whatsoever I can't get a return either.
Unfortunate !!!!
