tardan muchos en contestar el teléfono, solicitando precios de los estudios, dan la misma cantidad por todos ellos y de mala gana dicen: TODA LA INFORMACIÓN POR TELÉFONO ES APROXIMADA!
Y TE CUELGAN....
Mientras otros hacen lo imposible por tener pacientes, clientes satisfechos, está empleada boicotea su fuente de trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable. A pesar de que los tiempos de espera son largos, vale mucho la pena acudir con el doctor que hace los ultrasonidos. Muy buen servicio y resultados confiables.
The personnel is very friendly. Although the waiting times are long, it is well worth going to the doctor who does the ultrasounds. Very good service and reliable results.

Cuentan con un horario extenso, desde 7:00 AM hasta 8:00 pm. También cuentan con paquetes promocionales como perfiles femeninos, masculinos o infantiles. El precio es estándar, accesibles, pero ligeramente arriba de los precios de otros reconocidos laboratorios en Tulancingo.
Clinical laboratories has a wide range of services, from blood chemistry or urine tests to electrocardiograms or respiratory studies. They have extensive hours, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. They also have promotional packages such as female, male or children's profiles. The price is standard, affordable, but slightly above the prices of other renowned laboratories in Tulancingo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó su servicio, espero no tener que volver ahí, no cumplen la hora para entregar los resultados, la explicación es que tuvieron mucha gente y darán resultados a partir de 5.30, o sea que para recibir dinero están más que puestos pero para cumplir los compromisos pues cuando su tiempo lo permita. Muy mala atención al cliente y de facturación, es toda una rogadera
