★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcamos com antecedência o teste de PCR para podermos viajar. Eles confirmaram a realização do teste em nosso hotel, HM Playa del Carmen para às 18h e simplesmente não apareceram. Sequer uma mensm para informar que não iriam aparecer.
Enfim, NÃO MARQUEM NADA NESSE LABORATÓRIO, POIS PODEM TER DOR DE CABEÇA EM NÃO TEREM OS SEUS TESTES PRONTOS NO MOMENTO DO EMBARQUE.
 We schedule the PCR test in advance so we can travel. They confirmed the test at our hotel, HM Playa del Carmen for 6 pm and just didn't show up. Not even a message to inform them that they would not appear.
Anyway, DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING IN THIS LABORATORY, BECAUSE YOU MAY HAVE HEADACHE IN NOT HAVING YOUR TESTS READY AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.

O laboratório enviou uma técnica até o resort para colher o exame.

Valor justo, mais barato do que os laboratórios indicados no resort.

We were in Cancun and it was necessary to take the PCR Exam (Covid-19) to return to Brazil.
The lab sent a technician to the resort to collect the test.

Fair value, cheaper than the laboratories indicated at the resort.
