★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio recepción fui hoy domingo y me dijieron que recogiera mi placa antes de las 2 me salen q no q hasta mañana que por la interpretación seria al otro dia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy el trato que brinda la recepción... perdi mi trabajo hace poco por lo cual acudí al DIF para un apoyo en la realización del estudio que necesitaba. Cuando llegue al laboratorio mostré el apoyo que recibí de parte del Dif para mis estudios, la señorita muy despota me dijo que no, que ese recibo no era y que tenia que ir a que me autorizaran otro que ese no me servía.
Fui de nuevo al DIF y explique la situación me comentaron que es el mismo documento que siempre dan, volví con la recepcionista y no lo acepto. No fui a pedirle un favor a ella en especial, ese día realize cómo 6 vueltas más y pedí que alguien más me atendiera, sin embargo me trató como si yo quisiera que los estudios fueran gratis o le estuviera pidiendo a ella que pagará mis estudios.
Me hizo sentir más mal de lo que ya me sentía, no se que le costaba recibir mi vale para los estudios que requería ?
The truth is the treatment provided by the reception ... I lost my job recently so I went to the DIF for support in carrying out the study I needed. When I arrived at the laboratory, I showed the support I received from Dif for my studies, the very despotic young lady told me that no, that receipt was not and that I had to go to be authorized another one that did not work for me.
I went back to the DIF and explained the situation, they told me that it is the same document that they always give, I went back to the receptionist and I did not accept it. I did not go to ask her for a favor in particular, that day I did about 6 more laps and asked someone else to attend me, however she treated me as if I wanted my studies to be free or I was asking her to pay for my studies.
It made me feel worse than I already felt, I don't know that it was difficult for him to receive my voucher for the studies he required ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deja mucho que desear el trato tan descortés de las personas que te atienden. Dr. Edgar de la Merced, pésimo trato. Recepcionista Graciela Jimenez y la persona que entrega los estudios por la tarde, no hay a cual irle. En general todos son muy poco amables....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un problema en este preciso momento con el personal de seguridad del laboratorio, no me permitió el estacionarme enfrente del laboratorio, de una manera déspota y grosera.
Quedándome en doble fila y después llego tránsito a quitarme.
El personal parece que les estas pidiendo un favor.
La ausencia de higiene y falta de mascarilla del mismo encargado de la seguridad y la prepotencia del mismo hace que me sienta aún más mal que de los estudios que hice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen laboratorio clínico, el servicio es bueno, atento y económico, el personal atiende lo mejor que puede, las instalaciones son limpias y en estos momentos de tiempo de pandemia tienen buen control de sanidad. Puede que sea un poco estrecho pero el laboratorio es bueno.
Good clinical laboratory, the service is good, attentive and inexpensive, the staff takes care of the best they can, the facilities are clean and in these times of pandemic they have good health control. It may be a little tight but the lab is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente por parte de los empleados. Desde el guardia, recepcionista hasta el médico que realiza el ultrasonido, hacen su trabajo de mala gana y como si te hicieran un favor. Uso incorrecto de cubrebocas, se lo quitan para hablar. Una mala experiencia.
Very poor customer service from employees. From the guard, receptionist to the doctor who performs the ultrasound, they do their job reluctantly and as if they are doing you a favor. Incorrect use of face masks, they take it off to speak. A bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda pésimo servicio desde la entrada el vigilante de mal modo te atiende no permite entres acompañad@, llamas por teléfono y te mencionan que debes acudir a la sucursal para ver si hay cita de ultrasonido te dan un horario diferente al de la pagina de Internet llegas a la sucursal y te dicen que no hay horario disponible que hay que ajendar, te hacen perder el tiempo pues eso te lo pudieron haber dicho por teléfono. Molesta por el pésimo servicio busque la sucursal de los Reyes y les llame desde la entrada de la llamada la señorita muy amable me brindó la información del ultrasonido me indicó que no necesitaba cita uqr podía acudir en horario de 9 a 12pmy aquí estoy con mi esposa son las 12.30pm y la atención es excelente me permieron pasar con ella y nos los entrego hoy mas tarde. Sin duda no vuelvo a ir a esta clínica de chimalhuacán prefiero gastar un poquito más en pasajes pero tengo la seguridad de que será un buen trato.
