★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te brindan muy buena atención para los estudios y la entrega de resultados, incluso te dan la opción de enviarlos por correo electrónico, para no asistir personalmente, y está bien ahorita por la Pandemia. Incluso el médico que solicita los estudios, los puede revisar por medio de la app del Chopo que hay para versión Android, no sé si haya para otro sistema operativo en el que tengan app.
 They give you very good attention for the studies and the delivery of results, they even give you the option of sending them by email, so as not to attend personally, and it is fine right now because of the Pandemic. Even the doctor who requests the studies can review them through the Chopo app that is available for Android version, I do not know if there is for another operating system in which they have an app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear. No saben ni meter una orden y se tardan muchisimo, no logran ni cobrar adecuadamente con tarjeta. A la hora de la toma de muestra sanguínea ni las torundas tienen alcohol. Peor que el imss para ser uno de los laboratorios mas caros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca seriedad con el servicio, me hicieron perder el tiempo, me citaron para un estudio que me urgía y al llegar a la sucursal, me dijeron que el especialista no iba allegar que fuera el siguiente día.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos un problema al agendar un estudio en el chopo de Cuautitlán Izcalli ya que nos canceló el estudio exactamente el día en que íbamos para allá, ante la falta de solución en el call center y del laboratorio de Izcalli acudimos directamente al laboratorio de Zumpango en donde nos dieron solución de forma rápida y amable.

Instalaciones limpias y adecuadas para las personas, buen control de acceso( permiten el paso a un acompañante), la atención fue rápido, cuenta con estacionamiento para 4 vehículos; le pongo 3 estrellas ya que parece que al personal (no aplica para recepcionista, ni personal de intendencia) le hace falta un curso de community management (no hace falta regañar al cliente por algo que no está estipulado dentro de sus instalaciones y que es inverosímil).
Por el precio espero un servicio de mejor calidad, quedan fuera de mi proveedor para análisis clínicos anuales.
No hay seriedad dentro del lugar, están jugando, carcajadas, en el celular.

Clean and adequate facilities for people, good access control (allows the passage of a companion), the attention was fast, it has parking for 4 vehicles; I give it 3 stars since it seems that the staff (does not apply to receptionists or housekeeping staff) needs a community management course (there is no need to scold the client for something that is not stipulated within their facilities and that is unlikely ).
For the price I expect a better quality service, they are left out of my provider for annual clinical tests.
There is no seriousness inside the place, they are playing, laughing, on the cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son poco claros con algunas indicaciones: te dicen que ciertos servicios solo están disponibles en un horario, llegas cuando lo indican, y pretenden que regreses más tarde aún cuando hay varias personas platicando en el área de recepción sin hacer nada, o sea, quieren que regreses más tarde para que puedan platicar a gusto.
Su sala de espera está vacía, y te dejan esperando afuera.
Las instalaciones están limpias y los precios son competitivos, pero respecto al personal es claro que necesita mejorar su capacitación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio desde la entrada me pareció de calidad, amables y preguntando sobre el estudio a realizar, antes de entrar te brindan gel antibacterial y te toman la temperatura, la sala de espera luce limpia, ordenada e iluminada; en recepción de igual forma muy cordial el trato y en servicio técnico una actitud bastante positiva y profesional.Los costos son competitivos y el servicio es de buena calidad. (Al día de hoy están arreglando la calle que se encuentra justo enfrente del Laboratorio, por lo tanto para un paciente en silla de ruedas le será muy complicado el acceso).
