★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía un buen concepto de este laboratorio, fui hoy a hacerme la prueba de covid me dijeron que en 3 o 4 horas tenía el resultado y resulta que no lo tienen es un antígeno que tarda 10 min a lo mucho y hablo para preguntar por el resultado me canalizan a un teléfono que nunca contesto vuelvo a hablar y ya no contestan sigo esperando el resultado, lo necesitaba hoy para reprogramar un vuelo y por su ineficiencia perdí el boleto es el colmo que no cumplan lo que prometen pesimo pesimo servicio
I had a good concept of this laboratory, I went today to take the covid test, they told me that in 3 or 4 hours I would have the result and it turns out that they do not have it, it is an antigen that takes 10 minutes at the most and I call to ask about the result they channel me to a phone that I never answer I speak again and they no longer answer I am still waiting for the result, I needed it today to reschedule a flight and due to its inefficiency I lost the ticket it is the last straw that they do not fulfill what they promise terrible terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, amplio espacio así como estacionamiento (aunque este es de paga). La Cruz Verde o Servicios Médicos Municipal por medio del área de Servicio Social tienen convenios con el laboratorio y hacen hasta un 50 % de descuento en sus costos.
Excellent service, ample space as well as parking (although this is paid). The Green Cross or Municipal Medical Services through the Social Service area have agreements with the laboratory and make up to 50% discount on their costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, teníamos cita 12:00 pm para resonancia magnética, llegamos 11:30 am y nos formamos para registro y hasta las 12:20 nos registraron. Tardaron más de 2 hras y medoa en hablarnos para realizar el estudio, justificando que habíamos perdido la cita de las 12:00pm. Siendo que ellos mismos fueron los responsables de tardarse tanto en registrarnos. Muy burocráticos y lentos. Las instalaciones muy buenas, pero nada más.
