★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es terrible, te dicen que van a tener los estudios y no tiene nada. Tienen el cinismo de pagar el celular para los mensajes, te dejan en leído. PARECE QUE TE HACEN UN FAVOR ATENDIÉNDOTE y te prometen que lo van a tener en un tiempo y de plano les vale no avisan ni nada.
QUE NO DIGAN QUE VAN ENTREGAR, SI NI PUEDEN. NO CONFÍO EN ELLOS, NO PROMETAN, NO JUEGUEN CON LA SALUD DE LA GENTE, NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
Ante todo la honestidad en tiempos y atención.
The service is terrible, they tell you that they are going to have their studies and they don't have anything. They have the cynicism to pay the cell phone for the messages, they leave you in read. IT SEEMS THAT THEY DO YOU A FAVOR BY TAKING CARE OF YOU and they promise that they will have it in a while and it is not worth it for them they do not warn or anything.
DO NOT SAY THAT THEY WILL DELIVER, IF NOR CAN. I DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY DO NOT PROMISE, THEY DO NOT PLAY WITH THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Above all, honesty in times and attention.

Tres veces he usado sus servicios, las tres me han quedado mal con los tiempos: no llegan a la hora que quedan y no entregan los resultados cuando dicen que los entregarán. Además, dejan de contestar el teléfono y dejan a uno con la duda de los resultados.
Debería darles vergüenza, prometiendo algo que saben que no van a cumplir, todo por sacar el estudio y tener amarrado al cliente. Les importa más el dinero que la salud de los que solicitamos estudios.
Muy mal su servicio, estoy decepcionada. Amigo lector, no te los recomiendo, especialmente si su salud es importante para usted.
And I give them one because there are no zero stars. Three times I have used their services, all three of them have been wrong with the times: they do not arrive at the time left and they do not deliver the results when they say they will deliver them. Also, they stop answering the phone and leave you wondering about the results.
They should be ashamed of themselves, promising something they know they won't deliver, all to get the study out and have the client tied up. They care more about money than the health of those of us who request studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No responden el teléfono, te cuelgan o simplemente te dejan esperando en línea hasta que entre el buzón , si no tienen teléfono mejor quitarlo en su publicidad ….tampoco entregan resultados la fecha que acordaron entregar
They do not answer the phone, they hang up on you or they simply leave you waiting in line until you enter the mailbox, if they do not have a telephone, it is better to remove it in their advertising….they do not deliver results on the date they agreed to deliver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es horrible, entiendo que al tener mucha gente las chicas se desesperan, no responden llamadas, dice que hay un numero para emergencia y no responden.
Solo porque no me deja publicar sin estrellas porque de mi parte tendrían 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! acudí a hacerme un examen importante y los resultados salieron negativos, mi médico dudo de los resultados y me recomendó ir a otro laboratorio, efectivamente el resultado era positivo. No sé confíen en análisis importantes en este laboratorio.
WATCH OUT! I went to have an important test and the results were negative, my doctor doubted the results and recommended me to go to another laboratory, indeed the result was positive. I don't know trust important tests in this lab.
