★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Me pasan un costo por teléfono y al estar ahí quieren cobrar el doble, me hablan por teléfono 35 minutos antes de que cierren que puedo pasar por mis resultados, llegó justo a la hora que me dice que cierran y ya estaba cerrado... Pésimo!!!

Además la señorita fue muy grosera alegando que ella no recibía recipientes que no fueran de ahí mismo aunque estuvieran estériles (lo compre en la farmacia) y quiso hacer un muy mal chiste sobre qué mejor me los atendiera en el seguro. No lo recomiendo.
They give you prices in the afternoon but later in the morning they don't respect you. In addition, the lady was very rude, claiming that she did not receive containers that were not from there even if they were sterile (I bought it at the pharmacy) and wanted to make a very bad joke about what better I would attend to them in the insurance. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer solicite información para unas muestras y la recepcionista me atendió con su Carota, le pedí me repitiera el procedimiento y lo seguí al pie. Hoy llevo las muestras y me dicen que no sirven porque paso el tiempo de la muestra, la mujer jamás me dijo que existiera un límite de horas.
Deberían de tener más cuidado en eso, si es que son profesionales, porque en mi caso ya no puedo tomar más muestras al empezar con tratamiento medico inmediatamente después de tomar las muestras. Gracias a su ineptitud ya me quede sin los análisis que necesito para mi problema de salud.
Yesterday I requested information for some samples and the receptionist attended me with her Carota, I asked her to repeat the procedure and I followed him at the foot. Today I bring the samples and they tell me that they are useless because I spend the time of the sample, the woman never told me that there was a limit of hours.
They should be more careful in that, if they are professionals, because in my case I can no longer take any more samples when starting medical treatment immediately after taking the samples. Thanks to his ineptitude, I already ran out of the tests I need for my health problem.
