★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera para una tadiografia es de más de una hora, el radiólogo sin hacer nada adentro simplemente no atiende a la gente, además están tomando pruebas COVID y regresan a la gente para que consigan careta y guantes cuando no deberían dejar que ingresen sin ellos, un espacio muy pequeño y mucho flujo de gente. NO VENGAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de lo peor me realizaron una tomografia de abdomen completo se comprometieron a entregarme los resultados ese mismo dia por correo 4 dias y nunca me los mandaron les hice como 50 llamadas nunca contestaron tube que ir por ellos pesonalmente se los lleve a mi doctor y no me sirvieron el disco que te dan no abre por tener un programa viejo deverdad de verdad si piensan realizarse algun estudio busquen orta opcion page 3400 y no me sirvio el estudio en un mes mo lovoy a realizar en el chop cuidado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega pésimo servicio,pague por una química sanguínea de 35 elementos y solo me reportaron 33,se escusaron con que su sistema andaba fallando etc,me dieron una explicación y medio quedé convencida pero luego en casa volví a revisar los resultados y me di cuenta de que no habían reportado un resultado en mi biometría hematica.... Me enoja la poca seriedad que le dan a cosas tan delicadas como la salud.
Mis exámenes son de rutina pero ahora estoy con la incertidumbre de saber si son reales mis resultados,si tienen oportunidad de realizar sus estudios en otro laboratorio háganlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi fue una mala experiencia, me mandan hacer un ultrasonido y el radiólogo primero me da un resultado erróneo, cuando le comento que mi doctor ya había visto el saco gestacional el me pregunta que si no había tenido ningún sangrado dándome a entender que había tenido un aborto por qué él no había visto ningún saco y cuando le muestro la foto vuelve hacer el ultrasonido y efectivamente ahí estaba el saco gestacional de 4 semanas a penas me queje en recepción y su respuesta fue que para mi próxima visita me pasarían con otro radiólogo y me harían un descuento ? obvio no regresaré , como paciente confías en su experiencia y salen con estas cosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio que tarda demasiado en atender a los pacientes. Solo hay una recepción para atender a clientes y entrega de resultados.
Si el encargado de hacer el estudio sale de capacitación o no va, no realizan el estudio. Deben de prever personal para esos casos
Tienen un equipo sanitizante a la entrada que sus empleados no lo usan, para ser una institución que trabaja con la salud deberían de usarlo.
La entrega de factura debe uno de estar presionando para ello.
