★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue buena y el personal muy amable, solo deberían corregir sus horarios de atención ya que para los análisis clínicos en un día sábado el personal que realiza el estudio llegó a la 07:20 cuando sus horarios marcan en general que la atención se brinda desde las 6:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mujer que me tomó la muestra fue muy grosera, despota, me brindó un pésimo trato incluso me levantó la voz, he ido a varios laboratorios y nunca me han tratado así, en las últimas ocasiones acudía con ustedes pero por culpa de esta mujer les garantizo que no vuelvo qué lástima que por una persona así un negocio pierda clientes y prestigio.
The woman who took the sample was very rude, despotic, gave me a terrible treatment, even raised my voice, I have been to several laboratories and they have never treated me like this, in recent times I came with you but because of this woman I guarantee that I will not return, what a pity that for such a person a business loses customers and prestige.

Me dijeron que me iban a entregar mis resultados una fecha, el chico se equivoco 2 veces y no coincide lo que me dijo el con lo que decían las compañeras y es un grosero. Ya ni porque ni la muestra supo sacar bien y me hizo regresar a tomarla de nuevo.
Attention that is embarrassing! Everyone says what they want. Not even because neither the sample knew how to get it right and made me go back to take it again.
