★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, limpio y siguen las normativas para el covid , solo que el lugar se encuentra antes de lo que marca el Google maps y te hace dar vueltas al no ubicarlo en su nuevo lugar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien ubicado, son amables , cuentan con personal preparado , la atención es rápida y los precios variados , algunos estudios pueden ser un poco más baratos en otros lugares pero este laboratorio ya tiene mucha experiencia y confianza en el campo, yo en lo personal mis amigos y familiares siempre han ido ahí y sin fallas.
Well located, they are friendly, they have trained personnel, the attention is quick and the prices are varied, some studies may be a little cheaper in other places but this laboratory already has a lot of experience and confidence in the field, I personally my friends and family have always gone there and without fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, me citaron a las 9 am y me atendieron un hora después. Fui a hacerme 2 estudios, pero por error solo me tomaron una muestra y muy fácil me dicen regresa después, por indicaciones del estudio tendría que regresar en 20 días. Solicite el reembolso del estudio faltante, en el recibo de pago decía Estudio cancelado $320 y solo me reembolsaron $290 esto es lo de menos, lo que me preocupa es que perdí mi cita con un especialista que tiene agenda llena por 3 meses.
Sugiero que sean más profesionales y que en recepción mejoren la atención al cliente.
Very bad experience, they summoned me at 9 am and they saw me an hour later. I went to do 2 studies, but by mistake they only took one sample and very easily they tell me, come back later, according to the study's indications I would have to return in 20 days. Request the reimbursement of the missing study, in the payment receipt it said Study canceled $ 320 and they only reimbursed me $ 290 this is the least, what worries me is that I missed my appointment with a specialist who has a full schedule for 3 months.
I suggest that they be more professional and that the reception improve customer service.
