★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonestos, irresponsables, impuntuales , poco profesionales y personal mal capacitado, solicite un estudio que urgía y se comprometieron de entregarlo el mismo día, no lo hicieron. Al día siguiente abrieron una hora tarde y tuvieron el resultado hasta medio día, pésimo servicio. Para una sola muestra de sangre hicieron 3 piquetes.
Dismissive, irresponsible, unpunctual, unprofessional and poorly trained staff, request a study that was urgent and they promised to deliver it the same day, they did not. The next day they opened an hour late and had the result until noon, terrible service. For a single blood sample they made 3 pickets.

Sus precios me parecieron muy accesibles y algo que me gustó mucho es que cuentan con la opción de que recojamos los resultados físicamente o solo los envíen por whatsapp, lo que facilita la recepción de los mismos.
Quede satisfecha con su servicio y sin duda serán mi primera opción si vuelvo a necesitar sus servicios.

Their prices seemed very accessible to me and something that I really liked is that they have the option of physically collecting the results or just sending them by WhatsApp, which makes it easier to receive them.
I am satisfied with their service and they will undoubtedly be my first choice if I need their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few clinics offering antigen COVID testing open on a Sunday. Cost was 950MXN which is more expensive than what you can get in Leon or Silao 35/45 minutes outside of Guanajuato central district, but cheaper than a couple other clinics closer to the centro area. Arranged an appointment through WhatsApp an hour before heading there and had the results within a couple hours. Also requested the results to be in English for US entry requirements and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommended.
