★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llegan las facturas y además en la factura te meten el costo de la tarjeta básica por cliente consentido sin preguntarte, sólo te informan que es gratis por ser cliente constante. De verdad que estaba muy a gusto con Laboratorios Polab pero si falta mucho por aprender con respecto al servicio y respeto al cliente. Nunca contestan el teléfono. Debí haber hecho caso a los comentarios que leí anteriormente, ya los comprobé.
The invoices do not arrive and also in the invoice they put the cost of the basic card per consented client without asking you, they only inform you that it is free for being a constant client. I was really very comfortable with Polab Laboratories, but there is still a lot to learn about customer service and respect. They never answer the phone. I should have listened to the comments I read earlier, I already checked them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.- Buenos días: Porque cuando se quiere hablar por teléfono, lo mandan a escuchar un menú tras otro, es increíble todo el rodeo para poder comunicarse con Ustedes. No sería más fácil 0.- con la operadora???
2.- Registraron la factura 62514 y 62786, como D02 Gastos médicos por incapacidad o discapacidad, cuando solicité con D01 Honorarios médicos dentales y gastos hospitalarios. Lo pueden pedir por escrito y evitan problemas a quien paga sus salarios.
