★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden bien, los resultados especiales los dan hasta después de 8 días, no sirve si número telefónico. La vez que fuí me dijeron que su modem no sirve y por eso no me dieron mis resultados. No me agradó eso.
They attend well, the special results are given until after 8 days, it does not work if a telephone number. The time I went they told me that their modem is not working and that is why they did not give me my results. I didn't like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No toman la llamada para hacer cita, y no atienden si llegas al laboratorio. Me gustaría que al menos tomaran las llamadas o digan que definitivamente no tienen citas disponibles o personal que atiendan a los clientes.
They do not take the call to make an appointment, and they do not answer if you arrive at the laboratory. I wish they would at least take the calls or say that they definitely don't have appointments available or staff serving clients.
