★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me entregaron mis resultados en horario ni lo enviaron al correo, Les llamé y me dijeron que enseguida los enviaban. Volví a llamar varias veces contestaban y colgaban. Nunca había tenido ese tipo de trato en este laboratorio.
They did not give me my results on time or send it to the mail, I called them and they told me that they would send them right away. I called again several times they answered and hung up. I've never had that kind of treatment in this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo me trataron en una cosa tan sencilla como sacar sangre! No tienen tacto y al parecer vocación. Me lastimaron como ni se imaginan que grite y lloré del dolor que me ocasionaron. Nunca regresaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, estás formado y cuando llegas a la caja te dicen que si no traes turno te regresan hasta el final. No abren puntualmente y no había ningún letrero que dijera del turno, para dar la factura ponen muchas trabas y la edad del paciente no es la correcta... ojalá mejoren el servicio, yo no vuelvo a este laboratorio.
Terrible attention, you are formed and when you arrive at the box they tell you that if you do not bring a turn they will return you until the end. They don't open on time and there was no sign that said shift, they put a lot of obstacles to giving the bill and the age of the patient is not correct... I hope they improve the service, I will not return to this laboratory.
