★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la entrada no hay recepcionista, la vieja esa q atiende para muestras súper grocera, y cuando terminó me puso la misma torunda que uso para hacerme Asepxia llena de alcohol y me ardió un buen. Jamás vuelvo a regresar a ese lugar ¡Pésimo servicio!!
 From the entrance there is no receptionist, the old woman who attends for super rude samples, and when she finished she put the same swab that I use to make myself Asepxia full of alcohol and it burned me a good one. I will never return to that place. Terrible service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio del radiologo Valencia, nada profesional, rayando los limites de lo anti-etico, en verdad una desagradable experiencia, para nada recomendable este laboratorio, mejor vayanse al Luna, mas limpio, moderno y excelente atencion.
Terrible service from the Valencia radiologist, unprofessional, bordering on the limits of the unethical, really an unpleasant experience, this laboratory is not recommended at all, better go to the Moon, cleaner, modern and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente laboratorio, el área de ultrasonido los laboratoristas muy amables y te comentan de lo padeces y si tienes dudas y preguntas y si está dentro de su área de interpretación del estudio te responden. Lo que me agrado que los resultados esperas 20 min y te lo dan el mismo día.
Excellent laboratory, the ultrasound area, the very kind laboratory workers tell you about it and if you have doubts and questions and if it is within their area of interpretation of the study they will answer you. What I like is that you wait 20 min for results and they give it to you the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio el que hace los ultrasonidos es muy grosero y te atiende como si tuviera mucha prisa aparte te lastima al momento de hacer el ultrasonido y soy muy incumplidos al momento de entregar los estudios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hablé para sacar cita un día antes me mensionaron que no había cita que conforme fueran llegando atendían, me tardaron hora y media para atender a mi paciente de la tercera edad, aparte al llamar me dijeron que cobraban $1200 por una radiografía, resulta que me cobraron más que porque no era una sino varias, no vuelvo, recomiendo laboratorios salud digna los precios están muy accesibles, está en Chimalhuacán y en Neza pero el precio vale la pena la distancia.
Terrible service, I spoke to make an appointment the day before they mentioned that there was no appointment that as they arrived they attended, it took me an hour and a half to attend my elderly patient, apart from calling I was told that they charged $ 1200 for an X-ray, it turns out They charged me more than because it was not one but several, I will not go back, I recommend decent health laboratories, the prices are very accessible, it is in Chimalhuacán and Neza but the price is worth the distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio pesimo!!!..nada etico..el personal presenta síntomas de gripe y así atendió a mi familiar.. no cumplió las medidas sanitarias..ahora mi familiar presenta síntomas gripal. Si no están en condicion no deberían presentar servicio.
