O	Oscar Resendiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Se te comenta que la prueba de PCR te la entregan en 2 hrs, pero la verdad es que no es así. Yo la realice en esta clínica por la urgencia del mismo, tiene un costo bastante elevado, pero lo tomas por la supuesta rapidez que te otorgan (que la realidad no es asi), posteriormente me estuve comunicando en el transcurso del día para ver a qué hora me la entregaban y o sorpresa, me decían una cosa y luego otra para terminar diciéndome que enrealidad la de prueba de PCR tardan más tiempo (según 3 hrs desde que te la haces) la prueba la realice desde las 8 de la mañana posteriormente me estuve comunicando más veces (dejaron de contestarme a lo cual tuve que comunicarme con otro número sino no tendría respuesta) me comentaron que a las 7 pm llegaría el correo de mis resultados, pero no me llegó nunca y ahora tengo que esperar hasta el lunes. Yo no lo recomiendo para nada si te urge, tendrías un mejor resultado en otra clínica aún que se tarden unas horas de más, pero que te asegures a qué te lo darán en el mismo día ya que pague más de 2 mil pesos y ahora van a tardar 72 hrs en darmeslas , porque tengo que esperar hasta el lunes Terrible service. Estuve mandando mensajes por WhatsApp, por correo y no me respondieron. No los recomiendo. Espero que mañana lleguen mis resultados. Excelente personal :) Recomiendo mucho ! There have been several times that I go for a COVID test, they are super fast, there are not many people, they have results the same day even if it is PCT !!! Tienen una actitud antipática y mi resultado de antígenos me dijeron que llegaba de 1 a 3h y ya pasaron más de 4 y no me llega, no responden por ningún lado de atención a cliente y necesito mi resultado porque voy a viajar a estados unidos, me habían dicho que pondrían mi análisis como urgente y yo no sé entonces cuánto se tarda cuando no es así.
