★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy mal servicio te tienen en espera te cobran los estudios y salen con que no tienen el material para realizarte los estudios y te citan al siguiente día para realizarte los estudios muy mal servicio no los recomiendo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que marco las recepcionistas se rien de los estudios que pides informes y no conocen los estudios dicen que la TSH no es de tiroides, deberian poner personal capacitado para atender si asi es en dar informes no quiero pensar quienes toman las muestras.
Whenever I dial the receptionists laugh at the studies that you ask for reports and they do not know the studies say that TSH is not thyroid, they should put trained personnel to attend if it is so in giving reports I do not want to think who takes the samples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio telefónico para pedir información es bastante malo. Las personas no están capacitadas y no dan información sobre los estudios. Te dicen que llamaran al médico y que cuando sepan te llamarán pero nunca lo hacen.
The telephone service to request information is pretty bad. People are not trained and do not give information about studies. They tell you that they will call the doctor and that when they know they will call you but they never do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero saber si alguien me puede ayudar con un número para quejas, vine a consulta con la médico general y resulta que pasa primero a sus conocidos y a los demás nos deja esperando siendo que llegamos antes que sus conocidos, las señoritas de la recepción dicen que es aparte de la clínica, que no tiene nada que ver lo que haga la doctora con ellas. ¡Qué pésimo servicio!
I want to know if someone can help me with a number for complaints, I came to consult with the general practitioner and it turns out that it happens first to her acquaintances and the others she leaves us waiting since we arrive before her acquaintances, the ladies at the reception say it is apart from the clinic, which has nothing to do with what the doctor does with them.
