★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tengo una muy mala experiencia, la chica que me sacó sangre no sabía hacerlo, salía espuma en vez de sangre, me dejó lastimado, tengo mucho dolor el brazo completo y morado en el área donde me sacó sangre. Luego los análisis dudosos, tengan cuidado, no arriesguen su salud. No dudo que haya experiencias positivas, pero no fue mi caso. Contraten mejor personal.

En la sucursal de Xalapa NO TIENEN SERIEDAD NI RESPONSABILIDAD. se hizo una cita desde el 21 de octubre para la prueba PCR para el dia 15 de noviembre y nos la dieron para ese dia a las 10 am. Se llega la fecha y ayer 15 de noviembre una hr antes nos llaman para decirnos que no trabajaban!! Como puede ser!! Ese dia se dieron cuenta q no trabajaban????
NO LO RECOMIENDO NADITA...ERA LA PRIMERA VEZ Q TOMARIA SUS SERVICIOS PERO JAMAS JAMAS JAMAS..SE ME OCURRIRA IR AHI.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME AT THE XALAPA BRANCH, BUT BE CAREFUL THAT YOU GIVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THAT THE SAME DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT THEY REALIZE THAT IT IS A HOLIDAY AND THEY CALL A HR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO SAY "WE ARE NOT WORKING TODAY"
In the Xalapa branch they DO NOT HAVE SERIOUSNESS OR RESPONSIBILITY. An appointment was made from October 21 for the PCR test for November 15 and they gave it to us for that day at 10 am. The date has arrived and yesterday, November 15, one hour before they called us to tell us that they were not working! How can it be!! That day they realized that they did not work ????
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYTHING ... IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I WOULD TAKE YOUR SERVICES BUT NEVER EVER EVER..I WILL HAPPEN TO GO THERE.
So be the only laboratory.
