On the receipt is a QR code which you can scan to find your result. The info you use to enter is on your receipt. Other than that pretty straight forward the form was in English, try to remember some ID

I wasn't sure if it's worth to make a PCR test in this laboratory because of them as I didn't want to loss my flight. But finally I made a decision to make it here as prices in other laboratories are much more higher or they are making a test longer. The test costs 1740 pesos and the procedure is really convenient and fast. The laboratory is comfortable and a new one. They are giving a receipt and I had results on my mail box the same day. It's possible to get a paper one as well. As a summary I can recommend this place to make a PCR test rapidly and no so much costly as other places.

S	Sonia Chavez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and easy I needed the test for going back to the states and I did it here. I did the walk-in and they took me in right way. They ask for your passport and when you are leaving for your flight. And be sure to write your email correctly so they don’t mess up, but you can also stay and wait for the results which I did and received a hard copy within 10 minutes of doing the test. The ladies are really nice but their English is a little broken but they do their best. I would recommend walking in. They open early and stay open really late till about 8 so it’s very convenient

However, we had to call back to get results in time for our flight. ALSO, I had to re-do the payment twice (seemingly did not work first time) and was indeed CHARGED TWICE. Now attempting to get reimbursement...not easy from Canada! I wrote (in Spanish using Google translate) two weeks ago about the problem and did not get any feedback at all! Owner, if you read this, please help! UPDATE: After my post, the lab has contacted me and has been actively working to get the issue resolved. Upgrading my rating to three stars! UPDATE: Now have received reimbursement. Upgrading to 4 stars for responsiveness to this post (i would suggest they offer the same level of support when we write to email offerred on web site)
