We were amazed to find a professional, certified laboratory at the periphery of Bacalar. Actually we were amazed that there is a laboratory to perform international COVID tests at all! :D The lady there was so patient, because she does not speak English, while we do not speak Spanish, so she patiently waited till we type our questions in the Google Translate at the mobile phone, and then she responded by typing answers in Google Translate several times (and disinfected hands after each touch of the phone!). The COVID antigen test itself was quick and as delicate as possible, and the printed certificates in Spanish and English ready within 1 hour. The certificates of negative tests worked both at the airport at Cancun, at the border guard at Germany (two times) and at the Polish border guard. So do not hesitate and if you have to make a COVID test do it there! :-)

Perfect place to get your COVID antigen test done before you fly home! 600 pesos per person with a one hour processing time. Everyone was very nice. Highly recommended! Way better than waiting until Cancun!

If you are having stomach issues get tested!!! You need specific medicine for each amoena or parasite. Onky cost me 100 pesos or so and got results in a few hours.
