★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio. Y lo de reacciones febriles, puedes dar positivo a Tifo aunque no tengas síntomas y no tener tifoidea, ya que eso muestra que tienes o TUVISTE Salmonella tifi en tu vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Te cotizan mal. Tardan mucho en atenderte. No hay organización en su personal. No saben que hacer. No hay un Doctor o un Profesional como gerente y/o encargado de supervisar que todos estén haciendo bien su trabajo y lo sepan hacer.
Bad service. They price you badly. They take a long time to assist you. There is no organization in your staff. They do not know what to do. There is not a Doctor or a Professional as a manager and / or in charge of supervising that everyone is doing their job well and knows how to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son buenas, sin embargo los resultados no están en tiempo y forma, hablamos 5 veces al laboratorio y jamás contestaron.Además, ningún personal de la salud del laboratorio utiliza careta, únicamente portan el cubrebocas.
El servicio es muy lento, la mayoría de las personas presentes llevaban esperando más de 1 hora esperando para pasar.
The facilities are good, however the results are not in a timely manner, we spoke to the laboratory 5 times and they never answered.In addition, no health personnel in the laboratory uses a mask, they only wear a mask.
The service is very slow, most of the people present had been waiting for more than 1 hour waiting to pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merecen ni 1 estrella de recomendación, servicio super lento, te atienden más rápido en el IMSS que en esté lugar, busquen más opciones NO es lo que parece, me da tristeza el saber que este negocio en sus inicios era tan bueno pero su mala organización hace lento su servicio, QFB Rafael Sánchez Zebadua debería supervisar lo que pasa en su empresa, usted en un gran visionario y emprendedor pero es una pena que haya decaído su calidad de servicio.
They do not deserve a 1 star recommendation, super slow service, they serve you faster in the IMSS than in this place, look for more options It is NOT what it seems, it makes me sad to know that this business in its beginnings was so good but its poor organization makes your service slow, QFB Rafael Sánchez Zebadua should supervise what happens in your company, you are a great visionary and entrepreneur but it is a pity that your quality of service has declined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien limpio y ordenado pero, ¿que sucede con las pruebas en el caso de las reacciones febriles?; me practicaron esta prueba y resulte positivo a Tifoidea aun sin tener NINGÚN síntoma, no entiendo que clase de estándares aplican a las pruebas pero, se me hacen demasiado anticuados para pruebas de inmunoaglutinación desarrolladas en 1896 que utilizan para las pruebas febriles, deberían de implementar pruebas más avanzadas y especificas, sin decir de los precios que están bastante elevados para el método de pruebas obsoleto que usan.
Everything is very clean and tidy, but what happens with the tests in the case of feverish reactions ?; I had this test and I was positive for Typhoid even without having ANY symptoms, I don't understand what kind of standards apply to the tests but, they are too old-fashioned for immunoagglutination tests developed in 1896 that they use for feverish tests, they should implement tests more advanced and specific, not to mention the prices that are quite high for the obsolete testing method they use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que estar hablando para que te manden el resultado, eso sí cobran carisimo, prueba pcr en 3600, mínimo tuvieran una excelente atención. Después de rogar que te manden el resultado te lo envían y ya ni mencionar la factura es otra molestia, si pueden eviten este lugar
