Me aparecía la foto del laboratorio, desapareció y ya no llegaron mis msjs. Según la señora que me contestó primero me dijo que hoy habían salido a las 3 pero son las 6 y me contestaron pero sin una buena atención... No quiero imaginarme como son trata do personalmente a los pacientes! Terrible service, they treated me well at first, and later because I did not have the exact location of the place they blocked me from WhatsApp, I returned the call and the lady did not know what to say to me and she did not give me a number for complaints ... The photo of the laboratory appeared to me, it disappeared and my messages no longer arrived. According to the lady who answered me first, she told me that they left today at 3 but it is 6 o'clock and they answered me but without good care ... I don't want to imagine how patients are treated personally!

M	Maria Trejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio… fui a realizarme estudios y la persona que toma las muestras es cero amable la verdad no me quedaron ganas de regresar, primero al tomarme las muestras fue muy mala ya que me lastimó y me poncho la vena me dejo tremendo moretón, me hizo ir 3 veces ya que no tenía los resultados a la hora que me indicaba y fue muy grosera la verdad no son formas de atender uno paga por el servicio y lo menos que espera es un buen trato si fuera por mi pondría cero estrellas. ? PD: (el que no ponga en mi cuenta de google mi nombre completo no es que así sea mi nombre, tengo los estudios que comprueban que si me realice en este laboratorio los estudios aclaro esto por la respuesta obtenida del laboratorio, más que pésimo servicio.! ?‍♀️ Terrible service... I went to have my studies done and the person who takes the samples is zero friendly, the truth is I didn't want to go back, first when taking the samples it was very bad because it hurt me and I punctured the vein, it left me with a tremendous bruise, it made me go 3 times since she did not have the results at the time she indicated and she was very rude, the truth is that they are not ways to attend one pays for the service and the least you expect is a good treatment if it were up to me I would put zero stars. ? PS: (the one that does not put my full name in my google account is not that my name is like that, I have the studies that prove that if I perform the studies in this laboratory, I clarify this by the response obtained from the laboratory, more than terrible service .!?‍♀️
