★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un malísimo servicio se olvidan de darte tus resultados sumado que pagas carísimo y la persona de la recepción grosera y altanera te cuelga el teléfono para que no reclames tus resultados por qué son unos ineptos no confiables
 It is a very bad service they forget to give you your results added that you pay very expensive and the person at the rude and haughty reception hangs up the phone so that you do not claim your results because they are unreliable inept

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué $ 1,700.00 por un estudio de patología. Proporcioné dos correos electrónicos y no me enviaron los resultados como se había acordado inicialmente. El trato al cliente no es el adecuado debido a que se deslinda de la responsabilidad la persona que atendió en el momento la llamada y expresó que no le competía y fue un problema administrativo. Lo anterior evidencía su incompetencia en la calidad en el servicio y sobre todo en el trato al cliente. Administrativamente los considero incompetentes e ineficaces. Cuando encuentre otro laboratorio que haga dichos estudios dejaré de ir.
I paid $ 1,700.00 for a pathology study. I provided two emails and they did not send me the results as initially agreed. The treatment of the client is not adequate because the person who answered the call at the time and expressed that he did not compete and it was an administrative problem is dismissed from responsibility. The foregoing evidences their incompetence in the quality of the service and especially in the treatment of the client. Administratively I consider them incompetent and ineffective. When I find another laboratory that does such studies I will stop going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. No me querían dar una orden o recibo del órgano qué llevaba a patología. Hable por teléfono para solicitar información y pregunte si aceptaban tarjeta, me dijeron que si pero que cobraban 2% de comisión. Acudí al laboratorio y me dijeron que no aceptaban tarjeta. Qué solo efectivo o transferencia. Les dije que la factura no me servía si era en efectivo. Me dieron la información para la transferencia. Y que la envié en cuanto quedara. Qué mientras no me podían dar una orden o recibo del órgano qué sé Queda a su resguardo. Les dije que me lo llevaba, que no podía dejarles un órgano a patología sin una orden.
Lousy place. They did not want to give me an order or receipt from the organ that led to pathology. I spoke on the phone to request information and asked if they accepted cards, they told me yes, but that they charged a 2% commission. I went to the laboratory and they told me that they did not accept cards. What only cash or transfer. I told them that the bill was useless if it was in cash. They gave me the information for the transfer. And that I sent it as soon as it was left. That while they couldn't give me an order or receipt from the organ, what do I know? It remains in your custody. I told them I was taking it, that I couldn't leave an organ to pathology without a warrant.
