D	Diana Leon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio me dieron una cita para dentro de 2 semanas y asisto a ella y me dicen q eso lo hace el medico de la mañana que simplemente se equivocaron y que me pueden agendar para cuando haiga espacio ...hasta la semana que entra porque no tienen disponible Pesimo service gave me an appointment for 2 weeks and I attend to her and they tell me that the doctor in the morning does that they just made a mistake and that they can schedule me for when there is space ... until the week that comes in have available

ERA A LAS 5 PM Y YA SON LAS 5: 22 PM ES HR QUE ESTAN HECHAS TRIZAS CON NUMEROS DE COBRO Y NO PUEDEN RESOLVER SU ERROR, APARTE ME DICEN QUE DEBO 450 MAS, CUANDO SE SUPONE QUE YA ME DIERON EL PRECIO BASADO EN LA ORDEN DEL DR. Y AUN ASI ME QUEDO PENDIENTE UN ESTUDIO DE ORINA...COMO SUGERENCIA CAPACITEN A QUIEN DA LA ATENCION DE RECEPCION Y COBRO. FROM MY ARRIVAL TO RECEIVING THE SERVICE WELL, THE RECEPTION MISS APPARENTLY DID NOT TRAIN HER AT ALL WELL, TODAY I WENT TO PERFORM LABORATORY STUDIES, BUT THEY ASKED ME TO PICK THEM UP AT 3 PM BECAUSE MY APPOINTMENT WITH DR. IT WAS AT 5 PM AND IT IS ALREADY 5: 22 PM IT IS HR THAT THEY ARE MADE TO SHATTER WITH COLLECTION NUMBERS AND THEY CANNOT SOLVE THEIR ERROR, BESIDES THEY TELL ME THAT I OWE 450 MORE, WHEN THEY SUPPOSEDLY GAVE ME THE PRICE BASED ON THE ORDER OF DR. AND EVEN SO I AM STILL PENDING A URINE STUDY... AS A SUGGESTION, TRAIN THE ONE WHO GIVES THE RECEPTION AND COLLECTION CARE.

Te dan los resultados donde los ocupes bajo petición tuya. Very good attention. They can assist you in any laboratory of the same company having paid and left the person's name. They give you the results where you occupy them at your request.
A	Ana Patricia Rodriguez Vazquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, pague un estudio "tamiz auditivo" , esperamos el turno ( mientras esperamos arreglaban algo martillaban, pienso deberían ser considerados ya que sí hacen este tipo de estudio saben que los bebés deben estar dormidos o no se puede realizar dicho estudio) y cuando ya nos pasaron para hacerlo no servía el equipo Bad service, pay for an "auditory screening" study, we wait the turn (while we wait they fix something they hammer, I think they should be considered since if they do this type of study they know that babies must be asleep or this study cannot be done) and when they already passed us to do it the team was not working

Ademas le aplicaron un super descuento por haber asistido con su Orden del Seguro, claro que termino encantada con su experiencia. :) An aunt of mine had a breast ultrasound the day after we made the appointment well on time and with excellent service, while in the insurance they put obstacles of up to 1 month for the same study. They also applied a super discount for having attended with your Insurance Order, of course I am delighted with your experience. :)

Por otro lado, tenía cita para un estudio a las 8 y termine ingresando hasta las 9, todavía me dicen que llegue 15 minutos antes de la cita… Already have a faster service for COVID antigen tests. On the other hand, I had an appointment for a study at 8 and ended up going in until 9, they still tell me to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment...
H	Hatzue Ley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service at call center and front desk, but the appointment for the ultrasound was at 6:30 and the started 6:53. The doctor was professional but when you have an appointment you expect the test to be around that time not 20 minutes later.
