★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día miércoles 9 de Febrero del 2022, llevé mi pantalla Samsung de 32 pulgadas por un fallo que tuvo la mencionada, ya no prendía, se la dejé al señor Gilberto Rivera Trejo para una revisión, al día siguiente llame para saber cual era el problema que tenía la TV, me dijo que era los paneles LED que habían fallado y que la reparación costaba $2,000 pesos, la verdad se me hizo caro puesto que una TV nueva del mismo tamaño cuestan $3,000 pesos en adelante, le dije que no la repararía y que pasaba por ella, a lo cual el señor me ofreció $250 pesos por ella que la quería para piezas por que era caro reparar, a lo cual accedí (pensando yo que tenía razón y no valía la pena reparar algo tan costoso) pase por el dinero y la TV se quedo. El día viernes 11 de Febrero pase casualmente por el lugar donde labora y vi que tenía una cartulina ofreciendo a la venta una TV Samsung de 32 pulgadas con la leyenda de "muy barata" lo cual me hizo pensar inmediatamente que esa era mi TV
El asunto de esto es que el señor Gilberto Rivera seguramente reviso y detecto el problema que si te pones a pensar era algo relativamente fácil de reparar y sin costos eleveados, el señor me mintió descaradamente para quedarse con mi equipo y venderlo el después.
NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA EL LUGAR, TE MIENTEN PARA QUEDARSE CON LOS EQUIPOS, NO HAY HONESTIDAD Y MUCHO MENOS PROFESIONALISMO EN EL SEÑOR GILBERTI RIVERA.
Por si a alguien le sirve mi reseña, tengan mucho cuidado con el señor.
On Wednesday, February 9, 2022, I took my 32-inch Samsung screen due to a failure that the aforementioned had, it no longer turned on, I left it with Mr. Gilberto Rivera Trejo for a review, the next day I called to find out what the problem was I had the TV, he told me that it was the LED panels that had failed and that the repair cost $2,000 pesos, the truth was that it was expensive for me since a new TV of the same size costs $3,000 pesos and up, I told him that I would not repair it and that was going through it, to which the man offered me $250 pesos for it that he wanted it for parts because it was expensive to repair, to which I agreed (thinking that he was right and it was not worth repairing something so expensive) I went through the money and the TV stayed. On Friday, February 11, I happened to pass by the place where he works and saw that he had a cardboard offering a 32-inch Samsung TV for sale with the legend "very cheap" which immediately made me think that this was my TV.
The thing about this is that Mr. Gilberto Rivera surely reviewed and detected the problem that if you think about it was something relatively easy to repair and without high costs, the man blatantly lied to me to keep my equipment and sell it later.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE AT ALL, THEY LIE TO YOU TO STAY WITH THE TEAMS, THERE IS NO HONESTY AND MUCH LESS PROFESSIONALISM IN MR. GILBERTI RIVERA.
