PARA UN PACIENTE ES IMPOSIBLE SABER EL NOMBRE DE LOS ESTUDIOS CUANDO EL MEDICO LOS PONE ABREVIADOS COMO DEBIDAMENTE SE HACE EN MEDICINA, COMO LABORATORISTAS O RECEPCIONISTAS DE LABORATORIO DEBIESEN TENER LA NOCIÓN DE DICHOS ESTUDIOS, O COLOCAR EN EL TELÉFONO A ALGUIEN CONOZCA DEL TEMA. DESCONOZCO LA ATENCIÓN QUE BRINDEN EN EL LABORATORIO PERO NO ME QUEDAN GANAS DE IR SOLO CON SABER QUE ASÍ ATIENDEN AL CLIENTE POR TELÉFONO .

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A PATIENT TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE STUDIES WHEN THE DOCTOR PUTS THEM ABBREVIATED AS IT IS DUE IN MEDICINE, AS LABORATORIES OR LABORATORY RECEPTIONISTS SHOULD HAVE THE NOTION OF SUCH STUDIES, OR PLACE THE TELEPHONE AT ALGUEMA. I DO NOT KNOW THE ATTENTION PROVIDED IN THE LABORATORY BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO JUST KNOWING THAT THIS IS HOW THEY SERVICE THE CUSTOMER BY PHONE.
