★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio, se supone que debería ser rápido porque se toman análisis, pero no. Según por la contingencia no debería haber aglomeraciones y en vez de que por eso sea más rápido, para nada. Llevo aquí 1 hora!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas de recepción tienen un trato descortés en general, hablan mal y descargan su estrés con los usuarios. Si tienes buena suerte son indiferentes.
Se olvidan que están atendiendo a personas que antes de llegar al laboratorio ya probablemente tienen miedo, dolor, están incómodos etc... SE SIENTEN VULNERABLES.
Quienes toman las muestras tienen el trato adecuado.
Reception people are rude in general, speak badly and take their stress out on users. If you have good luck they are indifferent.
They forget that they are caring for people who, before arriving at the laboratory, are probably already afraid, in pain, uncomfortable, etc... THEY FEEL VULNERABLE.
Those who take the samples are treated appropriately.
