C	Capu China on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio ,soy Ortodoncista y mande a un paciente a realizarse una radiografia lateral de craneo sin embargo en esta no salian las estructuras que yo necesito para el diagnostico, solicite la tomaran nuevamente con las especificaciones y salio peor que la primera vez por obvias razones solicite la devolucion del dinero para que el paciente se la tomara en otro lado sin embargo se negaron a volverla a tomar bien y a regresar el dinero, la verdad se me hace una falta de respeto para el paciente y para una servidora pues segun ellos la radiografia era valorable, no es la primera vez que solicito una radiografia de este tipo señores y pues es lamentable que se hagan reputacion por su mal servicio solo perdimos tiempo y dinero por algo que no me sera de utilidad. GRACIAS POR NADA, JAMAS VOLVERE A SU LABORATORIO Y OBVIO NO LOS VOLVERE A RECOMENDAR Pity service, I am an Orthodontist and send a patient to have a lateral skull x-ray. However, the structures that I need for the diagnosis did not come out. the return of the money for the patient to take it elsewhere, however they refused to take it again and return the money, the truth makes me disrespectful for the patient and for a servant because according to them the x-ray was Valuable, it is not the first time that I request an X-ray of this kind gentlemen and it is unfortunate that they make a reputation for their bad service we only lost time and money for something that will not be useful to me. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING, YOU WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR LABORATORY AND YOU WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT AGAIN
L	Luzcerito Nateraa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima atención al cliente pues mi madre tenía una cita para el día de mañana y me hacen la cancelación por que le médico tuvo problemas familiares , se me hace una pésima atención puesto que le dieron una dieta blanda y un laxante para hoy lo pésimo es que aparte de gastar dinero está teniendo una descompensación de anemia y no es posible , que solo por que el doctor no puede tenga yo problemas en mi trabajo yo no recomendaria este laboratorio A terrible customer service because my mother had an appointment for tomorrow and they cancel it because the doctor had family problems, I get terrible attention since they gave him a soft diet and a laxative for today the terrible thing is that apart from spending money he is having a decompensation of anemia and it is not possible, that just because the doctor can not have problems in my work I would not recommend this laboratory
