He has a number, they answer and they cut the call, I do not think his telephone service is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención ,no son laboratorios serios,toman la llamada ,contesta una grabación y en inglés para empezar ,no se dan cuenta que somos mexicanos y están dentro del mismo territorio ( no todos tienen el conocimiento de este idioma)cambien su actitud de atención.
O simplemente no se publiquen.
Very bad attention, they are not serious laboratories, they take the call, answer a recording and in English to begin with, they do not realize that we are Mexican and they are within the same territory (not everyone has the knowledge of this language) change your attitude of attention .
Or they just don't get published.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio me dijeron que recogiera los resultados de 1 a 3 y antes de las 2 cerrado el laboratorio, que falta de seriedad y responsabilidad y mucho menos pueden envíalos por WhatsApp y por correo electrónico ?
Very bad service they told me to collect the results from 1 to 3 and before 2 the laboratory closed, which lacks seriousness and responsibility and much less can they send them by WhatsApp and by email ?
