★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A excepción de dos Doctores y el vigilante, la mayoría son mala cara, principalmente la señorita Leidy ( recepción). No tienen criterio ni personal suficiente para atender; es increíble que para recoger los resultados te hagan esperar más de 45 minutos pues debes tomar un turno y esperar a que atiendan a los que harán examen en ese momento; es inadecuado hacerte esperar por dos motivos importantes: hay personas que evidentemente tienen alguna enfermedad y propagan sus virus o bacterias; por lo tanto, deben "despachar" a la gente lo más rápido posible, y el segundo punto es que tienen 3 cajones de estacionamiento los cuales dos son usados por los doctores y uno debe estacionarse en vía pública pues no hay un estacionamiento cercano.
El horario de apertura -se supone- es a las 7:00 am y como buen negocio impuntual, abrió a las 8:00 am. ¡Pésimo!

The opening hours - supposedly - is at 7:00 am and as a good late business, it opened at 8:00 am. Appalling!

El servicio de los técnicos técnicos y expertos fue sensible a mi dolor y amables. También te pueden enviar los resultados a tu correo. Facturación al momento. Si lo recomiendo.
In Xochimilco this laboratory is an excellent option. I had a good experience. They charge what is fair, because the others charge you very expensive. I waited for what was necessary at the door. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, todo el personal muy grosero sobre todo con los adultos mayores. Se tardan mucho pero si se están riendo de la gente que entra. Avitenlo, es mejor ir un poco mas lejos, pero buscar un mejor servicio.
Terrible service, all staff very rude especially with older adults. They take a long time but they are laughing at the people who enter. Avoid it, it is better to go a little further, but look for a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, atención amable en estás tres veces que lo he visitado no he tenido problema en que me atiendan de mala gana o que no lo hagan eso sí un poco tardado para entregar resultados pero es parte de para mí está bien.
