★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al asistir al laboratorio, son muy amables y te atienden bien. Lo malo es que en la linea telefónica nunca contestan para darte informes. ¿Para qué la tienen si no contestan?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atencion, se entiende que hay veces mucha gente y hay que esperar por la cantidad de personas, pero todos muy atentos y amables. Los recomiendo al 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio no hacen los estudios como debe ser, ni tienen la higiene adecuada, la señorita que a mi me atendió uso los mismos guantes para todo, las muestras no son suficientes, no se los aconsejo, no se si son los aparatos o el personal pero los estudios no salen bien.
Very bad service do not do the studies as it should be, nor do they have adequate hygiene, the lady who attended to me used the same gloves for everything, the samples are not enough, I do not advise them, I do not know if they are the devices or the staff but studies don't work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido con otros clientes no lo recomiendo para ultrasonidos acudí masomenos hace un mes y el señor que los hace es cero empatico, mal encarado. Es una pena que por una persona así se pierdan clientes en mi caso en todos los siguientes ultrasonidos probare en otra sucursal o de plano cambiar de laboratorio. En las otras áreas me atendieron muy bien.
I agree with other clients I do not recommend it for ultrasounds, I went to it less than a month ago and the man who does it is empathetic, badly faced. It is a shame that for such a person clients are lost in my case, in all the following ultrasounds I will try another branch or plan to change the laboratory. In the other areas they looked after me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio,fui a un estudio y me regresaron que había horario y dias especificos para su realización, regrese y me dieron una bata mas delgada que la cáscara de una cebolla,se transparentaba todo muy pero muy delgada no entiendo cual es su u tilidad.

El servicio es bueno.
Las personas que me atendieron son muy atentos y amables.
Me sacaron sangre y la enfermera fue muy pasiente conmigo (odio las jeringas), no me dolio.
Atienden rápido y al siguiente día me dieron los resultados, en otros lugares tardan más.
Tuve una buena experiencia aquí.

They took blood and the nurse was very passive with me (I hate syringes), I did not hurt.
They attend quickly and the next day they gave me the results, in other places they take longer.

Sólo que al aceptar hacerme los estudios me tomaron muchos datos personales, cosa que hizo lento el servicio; además al momento de pagar hubo problemas con la terminal, ocasionando más retraso, y al final tuve que pagar en efectivo. Un na vez que pagué me llamaron de inmediato. El caballero que le sacó las placas fue muy profesional. Me tomó las placas con mucha paciencia y me las entregó al momento. En general me pareció buen laboratorio; limpio y en buen estado, con personal capacitado y comprometido.

Only when I agreed to do the studies they took a lot of personal data, which made the service slow; Also at the time of paying there were problems with the terminal, causing more delay, and in the end I had to pay in cash. Once I paid they called me right away. The gentleman who removed the plates was very professional. He patiently took the plates from me and handed them to me on the spot. In general I thought it was a good laboratory; clean and in good condition, with trained and committed staff.
