★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Espere a que llegara el tecnico radiologo 40 minutos porque se habia ido a desayunar a las 12.30 pm y llego con un pastel y varios platillos. Y si hay una urgencia no hay quien haga los estudios??? Falta de profesionalidad por eso estamos mal como pais. No hay compromiso con el trabajo y mas para la salud.
Terrible service. I waited for the radiologist to arrive for 40 minutes because he had gone to breakfast at 12:30 pm and he arrived with a cake and various dishes. And if there is an emergency, there is no one to do the studies ??? Lack of professionalism, that's why we are bad as a country. There is no commitment to work and more to health.

Pierden las muestras o se les olvida mandarlas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal de la cadena de laboratorios con escasez de estudios al ser una sucursal pequeña. En radiografías el equipo es muy viejo.
Los costos son elevados en comparación con otros laboratorios de la zona.
Hay poco personal y en esta contingencia mezclan a los pacientes de padecimientos en general con quiénes se realizarán alguna prueba COVID, lo que eleva el riesgo de un contagio.
El personal del turno matutino puede estar malhumorado.

La gente que va enferma para realizar una prueba COVID la tienen esperando en medio de los demás usuarios.
Afuera tienen a los adultos mayores esperando los resultados de sus estudios y te dicen que tardan media hora pero en realidad el personal se tarda hora y media.
Es de los peores servicios que da ese laboratorio
The service is completely bad.
People who go sick to take a COVID test are kept waiting in the middle of other users.
Outside they have older adults waiting for the results of their studies and they tell you that it takes half an hour but in reality the staff takes an hour and a half.
It is one of the worst services that this laboratory provides
