★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala atención, te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, no te informan desde que llegas cuales son los pasos a seguir. Dos personas en ventanilla y solo una ventanilla abierta, diez pacientes esperando para pasar a ventanilla y ellas platicando. y no miden temperatura al entrar, no dan gel y no hay nadie regulando la cantidad de personas que entran al local. No deberían demorar tanto los trámites y menos tener tantas personas juntas esperando. Es riesgoso con la pandemia. Deberían tomar medidas para dar un mejor servicio. Pongan más atención al servicio que dan. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio de análisis clínicos, como es cadena hay diferentes servicios en cada unidad, si no tienen el equipo de tu estudio, te canalizan a otra unidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE ATENCIÓN. Ninguna medida para entrar, solo un tapete SUCIO y SECO. Las chicas que atienden con mala cara y actitud prepotente, pésima idea ir a pedir informes pues te contestan como si tú tuvieras que saber cómo funciona su trabajo.
Para colmo, al tomarme datos la señorita hablando con alguien más, mientras medio me hacía caso. El lugar LLENO de gente que acompañaba a sus pacientes, cuando se supone, solo debe estar el paciente.
Y cuando por fin me tomaron la radiografía, INCOMPLETA. Me voy y me marcan para regresar. Ok, un error, pero llego y pasan a alguien que llegó después de mi, siendo que mi servicio quedó incompleto por su culpa. Espero la gente que trabaja aquí, mejore... Falta de profesionalismo, de amabilidad... No vayan.

And when they finally took the X-ray, INCOMPLETE. I leave and they mark me to return. Ok, a mistake, but I arrive and they pass someone who came after me, since my service was incomplete because of them. I hope the people who work here improve ... Lack of professionalism, kindness ... Don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Y para colmo 7 personas para realizarse estudios y tardan para atenderte se supone no deben tener aglomeración, llevo ya 20 Minutos y no se ni cuánto vale el estudio si lo harán creo iré al laboratorio de a lado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los estudios bien sin problemas, pero sólo hay una persona cobrando y es super lenta, tardas más esperando a que te cobren que en lo que te hacen los estudios eso no debería de ser así, o meten más personal o la capasitan para que sea mas ágil por favor gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen dos personas en el mostrador y solo atiende una, tardas demasiado tiempo formado, ven la fila enorme y no son para apurarse, mal servicio del mostrador, lo único rescatable es quien te toma las muestras muy buen trato y RAPIDA
