★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de las señoritas de caja, llegué 20 minutos antes como me lo indicaron y esos mismos 20 minutos me tuvieron esperando para pagar y que al final no me realizaran el estudio porque según había llegado tarde. Muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salí con muy mal sabor de boca. Los precios son accesibles, pero la atención pésima. La única persona amable fue la recepcionista que me cobró. El policía de la entrada súper grosero, el médico grosero, me provocó un gran susto con relación a mi bebé, y no sé si tengan problemas con sus aparatos, pues me dieron un resultado que no concuerda con otros estudios ya realizados ni con la información brindada por mi médico tratante.
I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. The prices are affordable, but the service is terrible. The only friendly person was the receptionist who charged me. The super rude policeman at the entrance, the rude doctor, caused me a great scare in relation to my baby, and I don't know if they have problems with their devices, because they gave me a result that does not agree with other studies already carried out or with the information provided by my treating physician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hacerme 3 estudios y resulta que uno de ellos, una mamografía, no me la podían hacer porque el técnico que estaba apoyando hoy domingo, no sabía hacerlas. Voy a tener que ir otro día. Y otra cosa es la higiene. Pésima. En donde hacen los ultrasonidos y en su baño.

Pero últimamente entre sucursal y vía telefónica dicen cosas diferentes y cambian los horarios de las citas e indicaciones. La única solución que dan es "reagendar".
En el tiempo de espera vi al menos tres personas más quejarse de lo mismo.

Me atendieron bien y amables pero a la mitad de mi estudio de rayos X la computadora falló y tuve que regresar otro día para completarlo. He ido a recoger las placas y me dijeron no las encontraban! Que ya las había recogido, ahora tengo que ir de nuevo. Mala experiencia en eso.
I had read comments of all kinds but I went for the price ratio. They treated me well and kindly but in the middle of my X-ray study the computer crashed and I had to come back another day to complete it. I went to pick up the plates and they told me they couldn't find them! I had already picked them up, now I have to go again. Bad experience on that.
