En nuestro logotipo, el matraz es un elemento muy representativo del laboratorio que se muestra con una línea dinámica debido a que siempre estamos dispuestos al cambio, al progreso tecnológico y a la actualización en nuestros procesos. En el interior del matraz se representa una reacción de transformación y avance con tres gotas que van aumentando progresivamente de tamaño cambiando de un color amarillo al verde oscuro. Los colores verdes simbolizan nuestro compromiso con la naturaleza y el medio ambiente; es el color de la sanación, del crecimiento y del equilibrio. Estas gotas forman en conjunto la letra griega lambda (λ) y al interior de la gota mayor se encuentra la letra griega pi (π) para formar Lambdapi en honor a sus dos fundadores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve muy limpio, trato amable y llevan ptocolos de sanidad, lo malo es que las instalaciones son pequeñas y es inevitable juntar a la gente.
Te orientan via telefonica sobre horarios, dias de atencion, precios y pasos a seguir para tu estudio a realizar, aunque pienso deverian mejorar el traho con la gente y ser mas amables ya que me han tocado señoritas despotas.

They guide you over the phone about schedules, days of attention, prices and steps to follow for your study to be carried out, although I think they should improve dealings with people and be more friendly since I have had despotic ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal de recepción. Mi familiar se fue hacer un usg. Mismo que fue entregado con faltas de ortografía y venía incompleto el reporte y los hallazgos sin concluir osea que tal parece que ni revisan a los pacientes copian y pegan la información y entregan. Cuando levantamos la queja su solución fue regresar el efectivo de dicho estudio mismo que mi familiar tubo que hacer previa preparación y nos parecía injusto que padeciera incomodidades para hacerlo de nuevo puesto que se supone que son personal calificado para este tema. En fin de mala gana y arrebatando el sobre de los documentos la señora de recepción regreso el dinero por que obviamente el estudio estaba mal realizado y hasta su médico acepto que el reporte estaba mal hecho según solo había sido un error de impresión. Y por eso mejor nos dieron el dinero. Ya molestos por el mal trato en recepción nos fuimos. Pero ya se había realizado unos estudios de sangre mismo que se tenían que recoger al otro día. Regresamos por dichos estudios y en la entreda vi una señora que traía un usg en la mano y estaba llorando quisimos ayudarle y nos dijo que la señora de recepción le había dicho que fuera urgente con su médico por que tal vez tenía cáncer de tiroides. Cosa que se me hace gravosa primero por que la recepcionista no es médico y no esta calificada para dar diagnósticos. Segundo se viola la confidencialidad de los pacientes por que así frente a las demás personas se lo dijo. Y tercero también su reporte tenía pésimas faltas de ortografía igual que el de nosotros. En fin yo si pongo en duda lo fidedigno de sus resultados recomiendo no ir por lo menos a esta sucursal y veremos la posibilidad de que no quede solo en un mal momento por que no regalan los estudios y parece que no tienen control de calidad en ninguno de sus servicios así que estamos por ir al profeco o haber que hacemos ya que es grave jugar con la salud de las personas.

We returned for these studies and at the entrance I saw a woman who had a usg in her hand and was crying. We wanted to help her and she told us that the reception lady had told her to go urgently to her doctor because maybe she had thyroid cancer. Which is burdensome to me first because the receptionist is not a doctor and is not qualified to give diagnoses. Second, the confidentiality of the patients is violated because they were told so in front of the other people. And third also, his report had terrible spelling mistakes just like ours. Anyway, if I question the reliability of its results, I recommend not going at least to this branch and we will see the possibility that it will not be left alone in a bad moment because they do not give away the studies and it seems that they do not have quality control in any of them. of their services so we are about to go to the teacher or have what we do since it is serious to play with people's health.
